Tracey has helped me train both our dogs, one 8 years ago and one recently in Nov 21. For me, the unique thing about her training is that it is bespoke. She provides excellent one to one training session in your own home (or a local park), which can be entirely tailored to your own dog and family lifestyle. She also provides fantastic detailed handouts for all elements of her training, to refer to when necessary. Tracey has an incredibly broad and deep understanding of dogs - from behaviour, nutrition, growth cycles etc. There is not a single question she can’t answer! At 5 months old our miniature schnauzer puppy is fully toilet & sleep trained, has fantastic recall and she can sit, wait and leave an item on command. Both my dogs have also boarded with Tracey on many occasions, one recently at less than 3 months old! I trust her completely and know she cares for them as if they are her own dogs. Tracey’s nickname in our house is the Dog Whisperer!!

Tracey has taken our golden retriever, Dudley, for day-care since he was a six-month old puppy. She's been fantastic with him - the perfect mix of patience, kindness and firmness. He was a lovely but slightly stubborn puppy and spending time with Tracey has helped his behaviour immensely. He also really enjoys his time with her (we sometimes think he likes Tracey more than he likes us!) It's been a massive relief to find someone we can totally trust with Dudley. can't recommend her highly enough! - Isabel 

Bolli has been in day care with Tracey now for over 2 years. Tracey is completely dedicated to her job and to dogs. She is always punctual in the morning and settles Bolli back in when she drops her off in the afternoon. Bolli has also been going to Tracey for night boarding when we have been on holiday. Bolli has been welcomed into Tracey's home as if she was one of her own, she is familiar with her needs and always recognises if there is something not quite right with Bolli and informing us straight away. Tracey is an incredibly trustworthy person and I know I never have to worry about Bolli when she is in her care. - Olivia

Tracy came to help us train our 6 months old beautiful, but very naughty cocker spaniel puppy. We were complete novices and he had become the boss of house and a complete menace. Just want to say thank you to Tracey Marshall for her help and advice, on the best food to fed our puppy pug ruby, how much food and how often, and to include treats. Tracey also gave some training tips, which have worked amazingly quickly and ruby now response to the whistle. And apart from the odd accident ruby is nearly fully house trained. We have had ruby for 4 weeks now, she is 12 weeks old this week. Thank you Tracey for all your help, we wouldn\'t have thought of some of the tips you gave us!! - Steve Kavanagh

Our Ridgeback puppy, Roxy, has been on daycare with Tracey for over 18 months and she couldn't be happier. She loves walking with the other dogs and is always very excited when Tracey arrives in the morning to pick her up. We feel completely safe in the knowledge that Roxy is in a very safe pair of hands and the work that Tracey did in training her (and training us to train her!) was brilliant. Tracy came highly recommended and she did live up to our expectations. My 2 boys love her and it was no easy task! One was a puppy we had recently got when we employed Tracy, and the other one was and is very attached to his family and routine and does not easily trust new people. In no time Tracy managed to build a rapport with both of them playing to their strengths and looking after them as if they were part of her family. Tracey came recommended by a friend and did one to one sessions with our beautiful but stubborn bulldog pup . Dotty's behaviour has greatly improved and using the training techniques we have been able to teach her all the basics and now we\'re moving on to a few new tricks ! I contacted Tracey when my Norfolk Terrier was around 16 weeks old, until that time the only training I had achieved was toilet training. He was my first ever dog and I had no idea what I had let myself in for!! Tracey gave me one to one dog training sessions at home, which was really convenient for me. She has a really down to earth approach and isn\'t at all judgemental. Tracey helped me achieve my main goals; i.e. training my dog to return to a whistle, teaching him the wait command and walking by the side of busy roads (which he had previously refused to do). She also gave me tips of how to deal with him when he constantly tried to bolt from the car whenever I opened the door, which I am pleased to say he no longer does. Tracey gave me great advice regarding the best dog foods on the market and other general issues, such as my dog chewing all my skirting boards!! I have also used Tracey for day and overnight boarding, on each occasion my dog has returned to me very happy. I would definitely recommend Tracey for any dog training / dog care issues you may have - Caroline

Hi my name is Molly i am a 9 month old springer spaniel,my "mam+dad"(Jane+Ian Hepple)got me on good friday.My mam and dad met Tracy by chance in a pet store,she took a shine to me straight away offering me tit bits to sit(which i did).My mam and Tracey got talking and Tracy said she was a dog trainer,my mam said she had been looking for dog classes so it was sorted for Tracy to come to our home,this was the start of my friendship with Tracey and her husband Derick(he really likes me,he lets me swim in his fish pond).I have had several lessons,i learnt to come back to a whistle,sit,wait,down and to walk nicely,i had lots of fun with Tracey she always has lots of smelly treats. Recently i have stayed over at Traceys while my "parents"had a couple of nights away,she has dogs of her own who i have lots of fun with.I would strongly recommend Tracey as she is Paw-Fect at training and kindness. - Jane & Ian

We have talked about getting a dog for a long time, but always hesitated as we both work full time. When offered a rescue German shepherd puppy we got in touch with Tracey. Our puppy goes to doggy day care which means he has a great walk, socialises with other dogs and gets quality care/ training. We also took advantage of Tracey\'s individual puppy classes in our own home. She both talked and demonstrated the techniques to ensure our puppy\'s good manners, but also addressed any worries we had. The sessions helped us work together as a family to ensure we were consistent, gained confidence and had fun with our new puppy. We had a rescue dog who had loads of problems and she was ill treated by her previous owners. Tracey came to see us explained how we should be with JD she gave us the confidence to work with JD and to understand why she did certain things. We had 10 one to one training sessions with Tracey and JD, were the time was taken to make sure we understood everything and why we were doing it. Now we have a great happy dog. As owners of a rescue dog we have never looked back. Thank you Tracey you have helped us and JD so much. - Paige

I have a nine month old beagle who had problems with barking and jumping up, I contacted Tracey who came round the house she spent a lot of time showing me how to address the problems, she did tell me that with a lot of work on my behalf the problem would get better over time. I now have a dog that no longer jumps up and only barks when there is a knock at the door. thank you Tracey for all your help and advice. - Marie

I contacted Tracey re my 12 month old "bitzer" dog Harry having a recall problem, the problem was he would never come back!!! Tracey came out with us and after a great deal of patience with me she showed me how to work with Harry now after 2 months of hard work Harry now has the start of a good recall.
